I read a report on another forum by a guy who fitted one of these ebay specials. The company was very helpful in supporting his efforts but they did not seem to be able to cure one problem without creating another. In the end he gave up and installed his old cluster.

Great idea but poor execution and buggy. If my cluster were broken may be I’d consider it, otherwise my android avant4 OEM looking head-unit gives me just enough modern tech including wireless CarPlay.

Looks cool, but as far as I can tell its metric only. I too have an Avin head unit and it works great.
