Check Brake Lining - RESET????

Gang. I had the notice that the my linings were bad (I knew this).

It was supposedly on the rear pads yet I know my fronts are damn close to. I got my rear pads in Friday (Fronts are on BO). Replaced the pads and I am still getting the error.

I did not replace the sensor. SO either my fronts are touching now or I need to reset the rear sensor. OR do you HAVE to replace the sensor. I never have before but I have never had brakes low enough the trigger the sensor.

Thanks

sensors are toast.. that nub got worn out so you need a new one... look at the pics kewl x5 took... articles->complete x5 brake job

even for the person that can't use a screw driver, the sensor is a diy replacement job :)

Ok. I saw that. Just wondered if the sensor would be shot or not. I have a new sensor, I just forgot to do it when I put it all back together (never happened to anyone else, right) :)

Jeff: Call me stupid (or blind) I am not sure how I missed that.
