Just got the X5 back from the 1st oil servive - 27,600KM. I had a problem with the down-shift in manual and they found a torn gaiter was stopping the lever from moving correctly.

Had the Audi A8 for the time it was in the garage. It's a nice car, but so much nicer to be back in the X5 again. I was going to get a loan car, but they seem quite dis-organised over here when it comes to that sort of thing.

Is 27,600KM (17160 miles) quite high mileage for a service on a 4.8?
