Squeeking noises from moonroof
 

Not sure if anyone had this problem but my moonroof squeeks constantly while driving. I open up the cover and push up on the moonroof and the sound goes away. I dropped it off at the dealer and they couldn't duplicate it,
So they say...Anyone heard of this problem.

There have been many issues with the sunroof. The sunroof cassette needs to be replaced. I know that there is a TSB on this. Try a search and you might find it.

mine did, they tood the headline off, applied some foam and presto. i think it was the cords to the light control and others in the middle of the headliner that rattles.

My '05 with the pano roof makes creaking noises when cold, and when I tilt it up, it makes a big bang noise, like something is caught. I have chosen to live with it, because I don't trust any dealer to take it apart.

wow thread lives on. Well, i didn't do anything. The sound just went away. I haven't heard it in almost 8 mos now. Strange...
