I am thinking of buying a extended warranty 6/100 for my 03 4.6.Does this extended warranty include the scheduled service or do i start paying for service visits once the normal warranty expires?

You start paying for scheduled service.

:iagree: You can buy an extended maintenance program from your BMW dealer. It's like what you've been getting but goes to 6/100. I bought it since I know that a full brake job on all four corners will pay for it.

Side question, our brakes covered under the 50K maintenance program?

So there is a extended service program and also a extended warranty program.If you are kepping your car for a few years is it worth it.

doing your own brakes arnt that costly on tirerack they have brembo rotars for 58 bucks plus pads youll spend like 200 for the front set and the back well for me i have 46K and ive only changed ti once the front i have changed it twice so im in the same spot i thin i might just get the warrenty i forgot who is the new service person on this board from macon but he said its 2700 for the ext war. and 1200 for the ext matie... which is a bit lower thatn the dealerships i have asked.

I'm sure they are unless I got lucky. I have had, I think, three sets of pads and rotors done under the maintenance program.
