To me, that's what that X5 looks like - someone probably did those touches for a car show........that's my take on it...........
Someone mentioned it looked like a drug dealer's - if so, he was a bit of a high class dealer, eh? |
Other than the smoked tail lights that 4.8 has nothing too outragous, i think the whole trucks looks very clean with the painting molding and super dark tint...whoever modified this did it to turn heads when it drove by and i would surly give it an "ohhh damn" if I saw it...but maybe i'm just young and influenced by the "pimp my ride" stereotype

are those taillights illegal, i wanna do that, to my ugly amber w/ red ones...appreciate any thoughts
---also i am looking to buy rims, the replica chrome 20's off ebay to be exact...should i go with the staggered setup 20xor save like $400 and go with 9.5 in the front and 20x10.5 in the rear or go 20 X 9.5 all the way around??? |

They sell 3M smoked clear plastic kits for the X5 tail lights $49.95. They seem to be legal here in California so long as the red lights are visible through the plastic, but I don't know about NJ vehicle code. |
Nice X5
I like the wheels  |
I might be new here but I think that X5 looks just great, except for those taillights. If those were left alone the car would look better.
The car looks like mine, but mine is Sapphire Black. All my plastics are painted the same color as the car. Tinted windows all around... That car has tastefull styling, better than most of the cars in the US |

I think everything on that truck is beautiful, but the smoked taillights. I really like the silver wheel look that goes with the truck.
