New Kicks for the X
 

Just wanted to share my pride and joy. Overall, I wasnt expecting to have it come out this good. :thumbup: It just made my black X look even meaner.

Whats next? I'm inquiring about the Aero Kit...so hopefully I can have that done in a few weeks. Planning on purchasing the Underride Bar....but i'm gonna have it done in Black Chrome.

Congrats!!! Is looking great. I would definitely like to see the pics with the aero kit, but especially with the black underride guard!!!

Were those 20" 132's you had on there before?

If they are... Can you post some older pics. I have the exact same X as you and wanted to see what the 20's would look like.

Gotta say, I'm not a big fan of black rims but I think your X looks really cool:thumbup:

what size are those ? .... they look a lil on the x5 for some reason .. maybe just me... peace

They are running on 20's. The shop suggested lowering....but i feel undecided. I didnt want to go bigger than 20's. Bigger wheels will just take away that "balanced" look of the X. my 2 cents.

Love the black with the polished lip, they look a bit small for the X5 but cool none the less.

they look good, nice lip on the back.

You just need some window tints now

The wheels may appear small but when you see this thing up close....i swear, I dont think you would want any bigger.

Theres a good amount of gap between the X and the tire. (maybe this is the reason why some think the wheel looks small) Could it be that the springs are not fully broken in? - I've had the X for less than a year.

Suggestions?

The 20's look awesome, agree with the "Bigger wheels will just take away the balanced look" statement,great choice, but you may want to lower it

Looks good, I would consider lowering it. The reason the OEM 4.6 20's don't look as if they need the vehicle to be lowered is because of the silver finish. In your case, the black (which looks good), blends in the the paint on the ride.

yea i thought they were 20s they are really nice bigger would make it really imbalanced and all but maybe lowering it will enhance the look of it ... :)
