What is the handling / comfort like with such low profile rubber?
Handling is very firm, but need good eyes to aviod potholes!!

Hey!? You have a sneaker hanging from your rear-view mirror? Did I miss the story on that one?...
oh, that's for my future son!
I have that shoes in my size and kid size. hehe

Sweet ride! It looks so good I was going to accuse to of scanning a sales brochure!
Great!! Thank you very much!! :D

Those wheels are sick. I was thinking about something similiar to that color for my mystic blue X3.
hey, you have really clean X3 too!
get some new rimgs!!

How much difference in ride quality going from stock to H&R's? Did you need to change out the struts and shocks, or did they remain stock?
Better handling, solid driving.
it depends on driver's taste. I do love firm ride, but one of my buddy who drove my car said it's too solid.
and I didn't change struts or shocks, installed 2 front springs and 2 end links for rear.

One of the best X5s I've seen. Great job with the car and the pics taken. The color of your ride compliments nicely with blue sky back ground.
Thank you!!
guess what?, it's dark and raining outside again.

Fantastic X5 and Fantastic pictures.

Are you going to put on the 4.8 exhaust and wheel arches?

springs

did you change your springs if you did how low did it drop your ride?

Took another look at your pix today, Wuzin. I'm as much impressed by your Nikon D70 as your X5. I like the way your metallic paint pops in the picture and the level of detail especially around the X5's grill area. Fantastic pix. Nice work all around...

I will have to take a trip to Frys or Circuit City to do a hands on inspection...

BTW - how many cars here command 5 pages of props?

yes, I did change my front 2 springs and 2 end links.
from H&R official site, it says 1.2" for front, 1.0" for rear.
however I also lowered rear little bit by DIS computer.

Veeery nice ride! You've got a good eye for photography.

I just installed the Bimmian guage rings as well. Now I'm thinking about taking them out and painting them titanium. I should have thought of that before I put them in.:tsk:

It's on my to-do list. I'm planning a photo shoot when I get my new DSLR. I still need to finish off a few items on my winter mod list and change over to the summer wheels on both vehicles.
