It depends...will the little rubber things on the hood leave marks?

my friends landcruiser had the rubber things and slowly they made big nasty marks on the hood that ruined the paint. I would take the thing off and if you want to protect the front end, get a clear bra.

Plus I dont think the black bug sheild looks good on top of a white x5.

That's a very nice Alpine White X5! A suggestion would be to get rid of the hood deflector...

I agree with the others - the big shield is out of place on the X5. Get a 3M clear bra installed. I have it on the ML, and months later my front end is looking perfect! :)

And prepare yourself for a 16:9 Nav install + DVD.
