This is Pirelli's updated Scorpion Zero tire, design. This is the best 19" all season. I just wish they made it in 255/55/18.

Great tires!!!!! Running a set on my X for the last 5 months, just did 850 miles on em today in dry and torrential rain weather, great grip, low noise a lot better than the Diamaris in my opinion. Ha, just hit 300 posts with this one!!

I've got 25K miles on my 19" Pirelli Scorpions on my OEM sport wheels. They have a few thousand miles before I hit the wear bars and I'm getting another set

I recently switched to the Kumho ones available at tirerack, and they seem quite good so far (cheaper too). I think a bit quieter than the two sets of Diamaris I had on the beast for the previous 59k miles, and they seem to roll more smoothly, although that may be due to having them mounted at a shop that has a high end balancing machine.

The one area I've noticed they are worse is in hard cornering, you get less wheel feedback and they seem slightly squirmy compared to my old nearly bald Diamaris. But I don't usually drive hard enough to need super cornering.

kuhmos are allright but get louder as they wear down. a lot louder.

Another vote for the Pirelli Scorpions. They seem to be the best in class. I did like the Diamaris, however, but the Scorps are less money, they're quieter and have excellent "stick". Kuhmo does seem to be an up-and-coming contender.

Pirelli Scorpion Zero Asimmetrico, hands down. On my second set....no problems with 1-1.5 feet of snow!
