AngeliBright flashing....

My driver side AngeliBright flashes when I turn the key to position 2 (Ignition on) with head light swich off. Is this normal? Anyone got this problem?
Please advice if any solution.

where and how do you switch the wire? I dont really get the idea from the other thread that Dave said...
besides, I tried to put the old OEM AE back on, it doesn't flash at all....
