Headlight adjustments

Wondering if you can manually adjust the headlights other than up/down. One of my headlights have lazy eye and is pointing alittle bit to the left with the steering wheel straight. It's on a 04 model. Thanks

LOL at "lazy eye"....May I suggest some glasses for your X? :bustingup

On the post-03 X5s you can adjust the low beam vertically as well as horizontally. There are two screws on each side (and on top) of the assemblies. One adjusts up/down and the other side-to-side. I forget which is which....you can try yourself.

Good luck!
EDIT: never mind, didn't read your 2nd post.
