How do I reset service engine soon light

You need an OBD-II scanner. I have an Actron unit and it works great - http://search.ebay.com/search/search...rclo=&saprchi=

Now that I have the Actron scanner I,m getting a code P1447 saying that I have a malfunctioning Manu. control auxillary emission control problem where do I start.
