I don't know about adding flames and some neon lights to an X5; especially not a .is model either.

neon lights!? you better take another look at that vid, that is one HOT exhaust system!

I think that the picture is neither 4.6 or 4.8is. Believe that it's an accessorized 3 or 4.4 because it doesn't have the shadowline trim that comes with the limited models.

Either he's got some serious cams in that thing or it's badly in need of a tune up!
