Fulanito, with all these pictures, obviously you wanted to make this a DIY instruction. Want some help?

Definitely appreciate all the help I can get!!! It's a bit difficult for me to spend the time it'll take to put text to each picture!!! In the meantime I figured it may help some of the members to see a few install pics!!! Thanks for the offer by the way!!!!

To answer your question:
Yes you have to remove the sideview mirrors, and No there's no glue in the rubber window trim that you have to worry about!!!!
As far as the rearmost window, start by lifting the back of the bottom trim piece, and work your way to the front. This piece is only held in place by 3 metal clips like this one http://www.xoutpost.com/attachments/x...g?d=1149818189 !!! The upper part of the trim need to be removed by starting at the bottom rear and work your way up to the front!!! I hope this helps you some, unfortunately I didn't get pictures of that part of the install, since it was pretty easy. It may help if you already have the new parts in your possession to look at each part before removing the old one, as it will give you a better idea as to what's holding what, where the clips are located, and if you have to be careful no to break anything!!! Good luck!!!

I got the panel removal kit from Bavarian Auto Sport here: http://www.bavauto.com/shop.asp
Under the deepartments menu go to tools, manuals, and fluids, then choose tools, and then just scroll down to find the Puller Kit!!!!!!!!

I've swapped the trim out on a couple of Bimmers so I think I comprehend all of the pictures. Once I steer clear of a big work project and get my vacation out of the way, I'll have some type to put some verbiage to your pix - probably mid-July. It would be a shame not to assemble an article with these great pictures.

How do you remove just the "B" pilar trim piece? The black aluminum one on the outside of the door? Do I have to go through the procedure of removing the mirror and the other trim? I am thinking if they need to be moved, I can just lift the trim pieces that abut the B pilar trim to gain access to it.
