BMW now sells a paint scratch removal kit. Maybe you guy(s) should look into that as a possible fix?

Looks more like a touch up paint.

I hope people that do these get caught in the act and get what they deserve. I don't cheat on my girl but even that song by Carey Underwood where she vandalizes a car pisses me off.

They sell that kit at the dealer? Its not touch up paint, its something else. I might be interested in this..I'd like to learn more about this product.

were there security cameras at the mall? They might have had the guy on tape - but they might not release tape to the victim, only to authorities...

It is not touch up paint. You can (and should) buy the touch up paint separately. This is a universal kit and is not color dependent.

You might want to calm down on the blasting of the music IMO. There is a time and a place for that. Neighborhoods and parking lots are not the places. There is a guy who drives down my girlfriends street blasting his music in his stupid tacoma with the windows down--its usually some metallica or pantera. Man I would love to key the sh!t out of his truck or put a brick through his window--or kick the sh!t out of him on principle, but I have self control not to do it. More than anything I wouldnt want someone to do anything to harm my X;) . Not everybody has self control to keep them from doing things they want to do or maybe they have a car that they aren't worried about getting trashed.
Sorry for what happened to you--I would prob shed a tear in pure anger:explode:

let me guess, this happened at mason? I had the same issue MANY times even though i parked as far away as possible and as close to the curb as possible. but that never worked.. you will always have some idiot park even CLOSER to you and swing their door into yours and move on like nothing happened.

Look into getting the garage decal, its easier to find roomier spaces and people tend to care a little bit more about their cars. And its convenient
