where? Here? In manila? Roads are terrible here! But they are trying to improve them. We have some nice highways. The best thing about philippine roads is that there's NO speed limit!

Technically there is a speed limit but no chance to drive really fast due to the bad traffic jams....

Where can you actually drive really fast? Most likely anywhere if it's 1-4am...

Nice X plates! I actually saw a few X5s in Manila last March while on a personal/business trip. Did you buy that in Manila or shipped it from outside the country?

Am planning to "retire" (second time:rofl: ) again in 3 years and will split my time between Maui and Tagaytay and Pangasinan.I thought maybe I would just ship my X5 out there but the import taxes are very prohibitive but I priced an X5 at a Manila dealership and it would cost me $85000 for the same model I have here that cost $50000!

On a side note, I bet you have a chauffeur to drive you around in that X5. Nobody drives their own cars out there. Full-time chauffeurs are only $40-$60 a month! That's why my wife and I are coming back there in January:)
