New to X5!
 

Hello,

I am new to the X5 world and am loving this group so far. My head is spinning with possibilites of what I can add on. Granted my X is not quite and fancy as many of y'alls but its a blast so far!

Of course with my luck, not even two weeks of owning it and some a** has already left a nice 2.5 foot scratch down the side. Not a happy camper at all...

Anyway just wanted to wish Hello to y'all, and looking forward to future posts.

I just found out last night that there's a German Car Get Together (that's what they call it) in my neighborhood shopping center every first and third Tuesday of each month. Went by last night- lots of 3 series, VWs and some Audis, but no X5s. They did tell me we'd all be welcome to drop in:)

Good to see another local member here.

Yes, it seems you cannot swing a dead cat around with out hitting a 3 series or some audi here in DC. As a previous VW owner, I would love to drive by there and smile as I hear my new V8 in a car that actually starts for a change. (is that wrong? :dunno: )

Nope! I've got 2 VWs in my distant past and I know where that comes from:D

I am also new to the X5. Got it less than a month ago. Memorial Day.
