Rear wheel camber?

I have an 01 X5 3.0 with factory 19" rims....
Bought it used a year ago and it had a misalignment prob.
Got it lined up and the wheels still looked out. The top of the wheel tipped in a lot when looking at the back of the vehicle.

Is this normal?

It is supposed to have 18" rims.... Would this matter?

Any help would be great.
