NE1 Use/Know of "Wheel" Touch Up Paint?

One of my new to me, 4 month old 132s tars caught a nail from the
ubiquitous new house construction sites we have on our Mtn roads. :tsk:

After a nearly two months of constantly topping up the very slow leak,
I pulled the front driver wheel and carted it down to one of our very low
tech wheel/tire joints. I begged the owner, whom I know, to be very careful
on the tire take off and put on, during the patching process.

I got it back and it looked ok, until upon very close inspection I found a
2+ inch gouge right at the tire/wheel seam probably from the initial "bite" of
the wheel iron tool they use. Zaino ain't covering it up.

I can see, most would not notice, but it's driving me fookin crazy...

Anyone know of the proper color of touch up paint; is there such a prod,
and does it work?

Thanks for letting me rant.

Hey David - I think the right stuff to use for that is Wurth wheel paint. Try goggling it...

Jay,
Great lead!

Looks like the deal...I'm gonna cop a can, spray it into
a little cup and use a brush. It is barely visible to a
casual viewer, but I know it's there and it pops out at
me like a sore thumb. Pizzes me off, too.
Thanks for the name...

my dads 132 wheels seems to be a magnet for small surface scratches that cover the the outer edges of the spokes. Anybody with 132s have the same problem? With enough rubbing you can get 99% of them out. but its a major pain that ive never seen with any other wheel.

Wurth wheel paint is the exact match. Works great to hide the scratches. get the clearcoat lacquer too to make it look like new.
