Well I called that number for Leonora and it wasn't for BMW, so I called my local dealer and they told me to call bmwna directly, so I called and spoke to one of the cust. reps and they took my info and they are supposed to be getting back to me. I'll keep u posted.

Here is what I have sent back to BMW Canada. Still no reply..
Well I have to say I am disappointed at this. You have stated "consistently for all our customers" but that would mean the problem would be fixed in any country. I have a few friends that have the same model year as mine that have had it fixed in the USA and UK. I think changing policies for each country does not show "It has always been BMW’s objective to provide durable and reliable vehicles, which will require a minimum of service and not only meet, but exceed our customers’ expectations." Can you provide me with a contact in Germany's head office? I would like to discuss this further. Thanks for your time, |
Just curious, I thought BMW NA (North America) covers both the US and Canada? I didn't even know that BMW Canada even exist.

I got a call from bmwna today and they told me that they will take care of the part and I have to pay for labor. I was thinking what if I do it myself, it's so easy to take out and install the new one, I don't wanna pay and hr of labor for something so simple, does anyone know if there's software downloading involved?

Has anyone in Australia had any luck getting BMW to cough up and fix the cluster?
My 2002 3.0 although out of warranty seems to have the same problem. |
