Yeah, not too pleased with Umnitza right now...
 
I ordered my Projector 46 lights from Umnitza on April 17th.... I waited two weeks or so and I hadn't heard anything so I e-mailed them. They said they'd look into it. I heard nothing. Last week I e-mailed them again and he said he had lost my order number so I sent the confirmation e-mail to them. I never heard from them again. On Saturday I was fed up so I sent a really strong e-mail and I sent them my entire confirmation e-mail. TODAY I got an e-mail back saying their system never notified them of the order... Sure... So, that means my lights are shipping today, nearly a month after I ordered them. :mad:

Sorry to hear about that CJ. It sucks and you're not even asking them for something "custom" like King went through. I read the whole thread on B'Fest where Matt from Umnitza explained his side of things and was apologetic about the screw ups. It made sense. Bimmerfest, new facilities, new phones, etc. I'm not excusing what happened with King's order but rather pointing out that Matt tried to own up to it. I think they could have and should have been better about it. Now, we're hearing the same kind of story from you and Umnitza can't use the same excuses they did with King. B'Fest is long over and they should have sorted out their move mess by now, or at least learned from the experience with King's order. Apparently they did not.

I for one will not even consider patronizing Umnitza given both your and King's experiences. I don't care how sincere Matt is about getting their act together or how apologetic he is. I don't want to have to deal with the hassle. Best of luck to his business but if this keeps up, they will definitely feel it in their bottom line.

Damn that's bad customer service. I was planning to order HID fog kit from them but after seeing what King went through and now you, no way. Just got a Philips H11 kit from Xenon factory instead. They're 6000k to match my low beams.

Hope your lights arrive soon, CJ.

CJ, my only comment is you knew what King was going through when you placed your order. So this shouldn't be a big shock. But it certainly is a disappointment. Hopefully they comp you in some way for screwing up your order.

Reading that thread made me regret that I bought the lights in the first place... There were some stories on there about defective lights, etc..... Who knows what will be happening next!

Sorry to hear bro, hopefully everything turns out for the best, and Matt owns up to what he did, and compensate you in some way. I guess I won't be ordering from them either.
