This is an option I dont think you have in the US. Dualglass. Less noise!

Did your car come with sport package?

The Sub box, is it secured? If not does it cause any problems with movement when the bass is kicking?

It is a 4.6 so yes it has the sport package, but it has the comfort seats.

The box is not secured, it is so heavy that it hasent moved an inch even during extreem driving.

Wow, now that's a real Black Beauty :thumbup: :thumbup: In addition, that is the first time I have seen pics of the dual glazed glass. I see that it is "laminated" glass instead of the standard "tempered" glass. Now I get it :)

Very nice, Zebbe! Your X is looking very nice. I remember you said the factory painted all the grill, trim pieces, and I assume, they also painted your running boards. Do you know if the factory used lacquer (with a flex agent) or urethane?

Yes its true that the factory has painted it. I dont know what kind of color they used. But the front has to be repainted, went up to the Swedish mountans this winter and after that it looks terrible. So much stone chips. But my painter havent had time to do it yet.

Makes in alot more quiet. But not as quiet as my old MB CL500

zebbe, sweet looking x there!:thumbup: im just wondering, in the picture of you're subwoofer in the trunk, what is that switch on the extreme left of the trunk? the one that looks like a window switch. What does it do? we don't have that in our country's specs.

yeah I have the same seats as you and I have the sports package. I thought my car was in an accident because I didn't have the sports seats but now you eased my mind.

When you installed the subs did you have to add an additional battery?
You got a lot of things going on there.. LCDS + SUBS.

Those are controls for the rearseat backrest adjustment. Has the same switches in the roof in the rear.

On the 4.6 you had the option to order it with Sport Seats or Comfort Seats


No additional battery.

I really dont have any use for the LCDs and DVD. No kids and rarely someone in the backseat.

Awesome pics and setting - great to see bass box / sub on tray for removal when needed. Just missed out on a bargain black 4.6is at main dealer - very jealous!
