X5 3.0 2005 13000 MILE ( california )

it happen 3 times already, the transmition stuck on the 5th gear and that code appear on the display.

So what do you think guys ? is it lemon now?

That same thing happened to me. But it happened like six times. My dealer told me a bunch of BS. They just replaced some part and it worked. I had to tow it to the dealer though. Good luck.

They replaced the part 3 times now.. its major safety problem

2005 3.0i... now 18000 mile
it happen again the 5th time ..and transmision stuck on the 5th gear,
i will contact BMW north america.. what do u think guys?
