Would these rims fit?

The rims size is 20x9.5 et22RA. The person selling them says I will have no problem with them on an X5. He also wants to sell me tires that are 295 45 20. Are these the appropriate tire size, thanks

Tires are way to big, not sure about rim fitment.
you really only have 2-3 tires sizes for 22's
295 30 22 I bit on the thin side as far as sidewall thickness.
285 35 22 Perfect
265 40 22 For narrow rims.
