TVs in the headrest....What should I get??

I know this question has been asked many times, but I could not find what I was looking for in the forums.... I want to put tvs in the headrest of my 4.8, but dont know what type I should do... I know that a lot of X5 owners have been using the Invision monitors, but I dont think they look as good as other headrest units I have seen. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
Thanks
B.W.

The DvD players are built inside of the headrest. This also allows the customer and/or vehicle owner to keep their old OEM headrests and return the car back to original factory condition if they plan on selling the car. If the system is still in warranty (4 Years) then I will be more than happy to upgrade the customer with new headrest shells to fit into the vehicle they move into after theysell the old vehicle and move into a new one (as long as I build for that vehicle, that is). Because we all know the dealer won't give any addition trade-in vlaue based off a dvd system.

As far as AUX in. Whatever you have that transmits RCA.

Video iPod
Nintendo
Xbox 360
Video Camera
even an oldschool VCR player

these are some examples of additional AUX IN (Sources).

THanks for the shot out my friend.

We have the Invision Rev 2 in our 2003 3.0 X5. We are very happy with them and the service from the BMW dealership was excellent.... OK Lawrence, you were alright too :nanana: . I am not sure how they could look or work any better, but the screen is crystal clear and the functionality is exxcellent. I would highly recommend.

All INViSiON Revolution come with 2 power sources. It is your option to choose which one you will use.

1) A Cigarette Lighter Adapter (This will just plug in to any of the ports in the BMW) - 20 minute total install using this option

2) 12 Volt T-TAP (This taps into any 12 Volt source in the vehicle / XLR, Cigarette wire, Accessory Panel, Seat Accessory) - 1 hour install using this option.

I hope this answers your question!

I have 2 different products ranging in price for the BMW Market. Keep in mind that SAAV does not manufacture their own products, but they are very good at manufacturing sticker to put on the products other companies build for them. I have several dealerships currently running promotions with INViSiON and X5 World.com members.

Every person that has purchased INViSiON Products through xoutpost.com has paid between $1795 - $1995 for a REV 2 dual dvd system (I also have a single dvd system which is significantly less) and received free security covers. Also keep in mind that every single customer that has purchased a system has performed the install themselves and is 120% satisfied with their purchase. If you give me a call I can line you up with a dealer to drop ship you product to you at a great price.

My contact information is below.

The power sources are external then? ...
the power cords are visible? ...when I want to use it, I plug them in? and recall them when done?

Incorrect.

There are 2 options for power included in every kit.

The first is a cigarette plug that one cannot be hidden obviously and yes, has to be unplugged when not in use.

The second option is a T-Tap wire that can be spliced into any "cold" 12 volt source in the vehicle. This option is for BMW dealerships who "Hardwire" the kit into the existing power of the vehicle and is a hidden wire that shuts off when the key to the vehicle has been taken out of the ignition.

I hope this answers your question. If you need further explanation please feel free to call me at the office.
