After just 5 weeks, I am done with my staggered 87s and I am going back to my original 4.4 SP wheels and tires.. Yes, I know.. but here's why..

1) Rear left flat 3 weeks ago that caused $400 in parts/damage to the bumper + new tire cost.
2) Front right flat 9 days ago right before week long vacation in upstate NY.. no damage but new tire cost..
3) Read above....

I am glad I switched to the original wheels/tires for the vacation as I did a lot of "dirty roading".

I got the wheels/tires from AFS for $2,100 (s/h included) and am now selling them. They have less than 1,500 miles on them.. Not to mention the rear left has about 800 miles and front right about 500 miles on it. Does anybody want them and what do you think is a fair price? Wheels are mounted and balanced and are "ready to drive". Wheels are gorgeous and have no surface damage. Only rear left wheel has inner wall scratches and about a half inch of sharp surface from that first blowout (still no idea what caused it). However it's not even noticible and has zero performance issues.

Were you on 287S the other night about 6ish probably, got off the 514 exit?

20" wheels are not for dirt roads and not for driving on snow. They have to be babied on smooth roads as they are meant for performance. Perfectly understand what you did.
