NAV/Stereo Volume wont turn down
 

Hi, Occasionaly the NAV/Stereo volume wont turn down low using the left nob. This appears to happen when i am playing a CD. The only way it will turn down is from the steering wheel. Anyone else experience anything similar?

Currently using v27 firmware? is this a known bug with it.

I get the same occasionally... most times it happens after using bluetooth... i ignore it.

I have my bluetooth connected all the time, therefore its not the bluetooth i dont think. However i agree it is intermittant!

Any others experience the same? Any way to fix? should i report this to my dealer or does anyone know of any fixes?

Should i try and install v27.1 firmware would that fix it?

i'm pretty sure it has something to do with the bluetooth because it only happens after i connect to bluetooth. it doesn't happen all the time. after i disconnect, the knob starts working again. i don't remember what i do when it happens, but i think i either turn the radio off, then on, or disconnect, then reconnect bluetooth. hope that helps.

It happens to me also - only when by bluetooth is on. However, I haven't figured out a 'pattern' to it as it's not everytime.
