Microfilter Replacement

Can anyone point to me where I can buy a microfilter? Is the OEM charcoal or carbon? Thanks.

Dealers replace the cabin filters with standard microfilter... But you can definitely buy the Activated Carbon microfilter from any BMW dealer...
