no i wasnt, i was just saying that 3200 pounds seems a bloody lot to spend i have a 4.8 and all i did was change pads to the porterfield r4-s and use the s/s hoses i find the brakes to be more than okay. yours looks great but was expensive i had a 3.0 in 2001 but cant really remember how it drove. i also agree doesnt matter engine size 120-0 is still 120-0

The pads are porcelain so there is NO brake dust, just road dust, its amazing everytime I look at my wheels after driving all day they are almost spotless. I still cant take it in as I never had these type of brakes on a car before.

What brand are the brakes? I don't think said the brand name. Are the porcelain brake pads the same make? Very interested in those!

Hi PeteM, very nice looking X. Can I just get the brake pads (porcelain ) and install this in my X. I'm having a hard time keeping my wheels clean - brake dust.
