What was your primary reason for purchasing your X

I was concern about my first boy’s and family safety and didn’t want scarified safety, that was the #1 reason for getting the X5.

I agree, it's also the safest car I've ever driven

For me, I'm just a BMW fan and when I decided we needed an SUV, I went to BMW.

I was changing my e39 M5 and wanted something a bit bigger, more comfort, but still the performance and looks. After testing a few vehicles I was won over by the 4.6is and switching from the M5 to the X5 made things quite simple as everything was similar to use.

Friend of mine bought one the first model year, it was love at first site.:rofl:

This is why I want one:
1. One grandchild and one on the way. Need two car seats and that won't fit in our E46.
2. Safety,safety,safety
3. Built locally by my friends and neighbors
4. It's the ultimate driving machine.
