Lexus RX tails are totally clear in the US.

It has red reflectors in lower bumper.

You are correct, though very subtle. Could always add the reflectors to the X if someone really wanted the clears.

Those clear lights make the Lexus look ricey which was probably their intention. Unfortunately, it makes a BMW look ricey as well.

Hella has been selling a smoked/clear Celis tail light for the E39 for years; it has no red in it. In the dark, it lights up just like any other Hella OEM Celis tail lamp. In daylight, it looks awful. The BMW aftermarket retailers cannot give these lights away - there is zero demand for these lenses.

wait for the group buy on the LED's sometime in the near decade.
