Help programming key. One set will not lock/unlock doors??

My extra key will start the X and open locked doors by inserting the key, but will not lock/unlock using the remote buttons. Is there anyway to program it again? They use to work. Thanks Rob

Your manual says how it must be done.

Really, I must have missed it. I'll take another look. Thanks Rob

If you don't use a key for a while it loses it's charge. Just use it it will be fine. Happens to the wife all the time cause she never drives my X but after a few trips? Back to normal.

I believe the key is charged because the X starts up fine.

The key starting up the X has nothing to do with the key charge. Remember to composite spare key does not charge up but starts the x as well. Just use the key. In a few days you'll be good to go. As I said it happens to the wife all the time.
