Official BMW service bulletin board?

Hello,

my service adviser told me that I need to get reprogrammed my TCU to get rid of red indicator light on Nav unit.
also he mentioned that's a known problem which was posted on BMW bulletin board.
so, I was just wondering if there is an official bmw service bulletin board that any customers can look it up?
