small screw driver and a #10 or #15 Torx

Yeah, when the window regulator fails, you definitely know it. Mine went at 80mph on I70. Sounded like someone shot out my window. Scared the crap out of me(almost)! It really screws up the aerodynamics. Had to slow way down to keep the noise level bearable.
