is this key (on ebay) for real?

hi i found this http://cgi.ebay.ca/BMW-3-5-7-SERIES-...QQcmdZViewItem

it looks exactly the same as the x5 03 remote i got. just wondering, if i buy it could i just go to an car key shop and have it cut, or do i must order the key from an bimmer dealer? thank you.

Buy on eBay, program at your dealer.
