homelink wiring ?
Hi everyone !
As my car is not pre-wired for homelink I was wondering if anyone knows on the homelink module's socket what goes where ? 12V, light etc ? any reply is appreciated kostas |
It may not have Homelink installed but it should have the wires for it. Did you open up the console light and have a look?

HI rayxi
well I took off the square plastic cover (which was in place of the homelink remote and searched around there, but couldn't find anyhting ?) Also as I live in Europe homelink is not a standard feature from what I've been reading ! kostas |
You may need to search deeply into the side, once you had the overhead cover opened up. Cause my wiring was hiding deeply inside.
And for european homelink modules, you may need to check the frequency cause US/Europe uses different frequencies. |

Have another look. If the wires are there they may be tucked in there out of sight like Jackay said. They are likely wrapped in black friction tape (tape looks like felt cloth) which may make it hard to see. |
I'm busy as well now, one thing I know for sure is the pin in the middle : that's for the lights
