CanadianDriver: Used X5 review. We're in it!

Interesting. Looks like we're listed as a good source for X5 info

Honestly, I like this site cuz it's a bit more honest IMO than C/D or MT or those other big name magazines.

It says the following:

"xoutpost.com - The first-generation X5 (E53) forum here is a busy place. Though there's little information about trouble spots and reliability, there are many tips here on how to make full use of all of the X5's features."

Big time disagreement with the underlined statement.

Me Three...glad TheBoard got some props, but
this place is freakin loaded with that, and all kinds
of add'l good info.

I read some reviews from the site and, while it is
"different", I didn't find their opins and points
overly stimulating or educational. But, glad we
got the nod.

Admittedly, I don't think any automotive source is perfect. That site does have a couple good drivers, some so-so, and a couple reviewers that are too "pedestrian" for my tastes. But their reviews are easy to find instead of the multi-step searches I have to do on the Car and Driver site.

IMO any publicity is good publicity :D
