Arm rest rattle ?!?!?
 

I have an 02 X5 3.0i. Today I when I was out driving, my arm rest started to rattle. I thought that it might be due to the road I was driving, but it was not. The rattle continued and seemed to get louder, as it was heard very clear over the stereo. I opened the arm rest and I do not having anything in there but my Dice wire. But it was not that. It is a very loud clicking sound. I am not sure what to do, it is driving me crazy! Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
