TV on the go

Hi, I would like to ask if anyone has managed to find a way around getting the TV to work whilst the vehicle is in motion?

I know it is for our safety, but honest, I am not going to look at it whilst driving, its so that my wife will be entertained.

Help would be so appreciated.

Merry Christmas to all!
