broken door handle
 

My exterior door handle, drivers side will not open the door. It feels like it is not catching to unlock the door. The auto locks are still working and you can open the door from the inside but not the outside. Any one know how to fix this problem?

Is it moving or frozen?

Just repaired the same problem. costed me 450 bucks, I dont know what the exact part was called but it costs some cash to fix! There are two different parts in the door handle from what the dealer explained to me and one of mine was broken. Good luck!
