I think that if somebody doesn't recognize your car then who cares, he probably doesn't recognize it even after you tell him ;)

The key to rims is they should be noticed after the ride, not before. All these bling-bling rims draw attention first and the ride second. I've seen people go "nice wheels, what kind of car is that?" What you should want, IMO, is people to say "wow a 4.8is...oh, check out the rims".

:iagree: But if you have to get, go for HRE or ACS wheels or Hamman. Ones you listed belong to escalade/ navigator/jeep.

Stay away from TSW=truly soft wheels. ekaz got TSW wheels for his 4.8is and he had to return them after putting on for few weeks.

Maya Rims are awsome, very nice clean look. OEM wheels are BORING!!!!

i would have to agree with lemans5
there is a huge quality difference with those companies compared to the others.
weight would be one
strength would be another

but then they probably cost 2-3x more so you can argue that if the rim breaks you can just buy another one?
