Can't open the passenger door!!! Any help
 

The doors unlock but the passenger door will not open. If you pull the handle from the inside it will unlock the door but when you pull it the second time it will not open. If you the car is unlocked you can't open it from the inside or out. I can't get the door panel off becuase I can't get the door open...Any help from anybody??? I've done everything that I know to do.

You have to keep pulling inside and outside and it will open. Lock it then unlock it and try it. Try both inside and outside. Keep doing it and you should get it to open by luck.

sounds like the cable is broken. Your profile says that you're in Houston, so I doubt that the cable is frozen. If it is cold out, let the car warm up and try it again. There was a problem with certain year X5's where the cable would freeze and result in your problem.
