I don't see a prob., but it isn't my car.

Imo, an offset of 38 vs. 40 is miniscule
and even with the other dimensions plugged
into my handy dandy wheel/tire size comparator,
it "looks" ok...

Otoh, those particular wheels you have the
wood for, are not really designed with an
X5 in mind. But, they may work or...
GL,mD

Thanks again for the info.

As far as your comment "not really designed with the X5 in mind" I am assuming that is an opinion. Just like I agree that the X is not "designed" for bling wheels.

I am just looking for something different. I have not figured out why everyone goes out and buys the same wheels as everyone else.

Dawg, sorry for the misinterpretation: I was not referring to
their "look", which I happen to like. It was that it seemed
they were not specifically designed for BMW X5 fitment,
but I could be mistaken. And, wheels will sometimes "fit"
on other/diff brand fitments. I did not find the wheel section
on that site, very informative, but I'm getting older.

I agree with MD, those look like they directed more toward a BMW sedan or coupe. Make sure they have a load rating compatible with the X5. They are nice looking though, good luck. Post some pics if you get them.

OK, guess I should have asked this when we were talking about it - what kind (amount) of load rating should I be looking for??
