X5 4.8 Trans Issue

I took in my X5 for another transmission flash and even went on a drive with the Tech. I mentioned the THUMP when taking off also the issue of the loss of power now and then. Its been in the shop now for two days? Interesting how it takes this long for a simple computer upgrade! Great vehicle with this being the only issue. :thumbup:

What year is your 4.8? I have not had any trans. problems w/my '06.
