I just read some of the feedback. No negatives and most of the feedback was in German! 608 Responses. I bet it is real.

Perhaps this guy is an engineer for BMW??? Except the location given on Ebay is Berlin and the BMW factory is in Munich.

$60 bucks huh? Not too bad for a cool looking upgrade.

I read one of his feedbacks, said it was a scam and that the information is available in the owners manual.

I just emailed a guy who bought it, asked if he would post it here. We will see.

I have aquired the instructions from one of his auction winners. He emailed me the PDF (FOR FREE) He says that they work. I will try them out a little later and let you know. If it does I will post the instructions here.

Okay, just tried it out. No go. It would appear that I need a newer version of the Navi software. I will call the stealership and see if they will update my nav software.

Guys, seriously, just do a search on this site and save yourself 60$.

It can all be done, by yourself, with a 20cent cd.

Upgrade to V.28 via the link in the navigation section of this forum. Then your just a few simple clicks and twists of the knob away froma 3D perspective.

Go to the Navigation section you will find all that. You can download the new version of software and enable "perspective mode."

Also please post on e-bay also for free, to kick these scam artist in the guts.:thumbup: ;)

My dealer is updating my Nav (it has to be DVD-Nav) for free. I'll share with you if it works out.

I found a way online here thanks to yeowzer to update my nav. I am just about to burn the CDROM.
