I just bought a used 03 that has the same issue. I believe I read somewhere that the passenger side is aimed slightly different that then driver side to keep light out of oncoming traffic eyes, is this true?

There are 2 areas above the headlight under the hood where you can use a screwdriver to adjust the beams. These screwdriver holes are in contact with 2 circular wheels, as you turn, they spin adjusting the headlight beam. Put your X close to a wall and turn your headlights on, then adjust, then back up 10 ft or so and make sure they're still even on the wall. Everyone probably has a different way of doing this, but this is mine. Also, I believe the passenger side headlights are slightly higher to make road signs more visible, or it could be the opposite, driver side is lower because of oncoming traffic. I keep mine pretty even (level). Hope that helps.
