Are those staggered wheels on your X?

Nice ride. BMW Towing setup or something else?
Got pics of the bike too? :) I am part of a good forum, bmwforums.net, for the bike side of things. A couple of the admins from here lurk (and post) over there as well. |

I would like to come to sunfest. I recently took a job in Fort Myers, so I am now down here, but I will likely make the trek up. Yes, those are the staggered wheels/tires on my X. No pics of the K1200R yet, but I want to get some pics of the bike next to the X5 soon. I will post them. I had the dealer put the factory hitch assy on, and I used a GM brake pedal switch to activate the electric brakes. I didn't want to tie into the fragile electric system on the X. I set the controller in the door pocket so I didn't have to drill anything, and I have a plug connection so I can take the controller out when I'm not towing. I'm amazed at how easily it pulls that trailer fully loaded. |
Hey, hey - what is Sunfest????
|
Very Nice!!!

I have a clean change of clothes in my trailer and a towel. Never a spot in my X5. You are going to regret selling that beautiful X5 of yours.
