bm54 radio module

i to have lost my left hand speakers on my x5 will a bm54 from a m3 e46 work on my x5 and can you reprograme a used module to work on my car

If you have onboard monitor equipped in your x5, BM54 works very well in your car. It is plug and play, no need to recode. However, if you are in USA, what you need is BM53, not BM54. BM54 is for ECE version car.
