Will This Nav Unit Work?
 

I hope I don't ask to many questions, but this is my first MOD. Will this nav unit work in my X5 ?http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...3299194&rd=1,1

From a post I read some time ago I think it will work but will be harder to see than the specific nav screen for the X due to the difference in viewing angle.

that is correct, the clarity of the screen from the driver's position is not as crisp as one made for the X5. The other thing that will also need to be replaced is the outer trim ring, but that's not an expensive item.

What is the exact model of my X5 larger Nav Unit.:dunno:

you already have navigation, correct? if you don't, you will need a lot more equipment.

PS: there are many other mods you can do :D:D:D

PLLLLLLEASE just tell me what unit I need!!!! Yes I have the smaller nav now. BMW X5 2001 I want to buy the right unit for my X5.

I have read this several time getting my self ready for the install.
It does not tell you speacific information on the larger nav unit.

I need correct information on this new unit. before i BUY THE WRONG UNIT.
Someone who knows ... please help!
